John Seiler was an aero Inventor from Union Hill, New Jersey, USA.[1] He filed for a U.S. patent on a design for a long fuselage in 1908 in the U.S. and appears to have gotten it patented quickly across the other three big countries in 1909.

Patents applied for by John Seiler

There were three or four John Seilers getting patents in the U.S. in that period and it is not clear whether they were the same person.[2]
